"Bone up" on the internet, arthritis patients advised
People wth arthritis are being encouraged to "bone up" on the Internet in the first week of the Millennium.
As the focal point of its Arthritis Education Week (January 5-12) the ARC is urged arthritis sufferers to keep themselves up to date on all the latest information on their condition - by accessing the world wide web.
And to make it easier for people with arthritis, the ARC has produced a simple Beginner's Guide to the Internet, which offers basic, practical information to Net newcomers.
