Northern Rock supports the arc Noddy Appeal

Staff and customers from high street mortgage lender Northern Rock plc helped raise awareness and funds for arc during March this year. Northern Rock supported the charity’s children’s appeal, the arc Noddy Appeal, through the sale of charity zip pulls in all it’s branches across the country.

The campaign’s aims were to make the public more aware of the fact that arthritis affects 1 child in every 1,000 in the UK and also raise much needed funds for the charity.

All donations through zip pull sales were very generously matched by The Northern Rock Foundation and raised £5,000 for the arc Noddy Appeal funding our programme of research into children’s arthritis.
