Different ways you can pay in your sponsorship

Sending by post

All cheques should be made payable to 'Arthritis Research Campaign' and should be forwarded to us at the below address, as soon as you receive them, accompanied by a remittance form.

For security reasons please do not send cash, even notes through the post.
If a sponsor gives you cash, pay it into your account and send us a cheque in your own name.

Paying directly into our account

You can pay money into our account using 'paying-in slip(s)' - Please request these by calling 01246 541108 or email events@arc.org.uk. The 'paying-in slips' have double counterfoils so please attach one of them to a remittance form and send it to us as soon as you have paid in your money so that we can credit it to your fundraising target. The other counterfoil is for you to keep for your records.

Online sponsorship

Justgiving logoIt is a very simple solution to use where you use a comprehensive wizard to set up your own personal Justgiving page and then email the link around to all your friends and family (anywhere in the world) they can then sponsor you online via Justgiving's secure payment service and all the hassle of collecting cheques and cash is out of your way as Justgiving sends the money direct to arc.

Justgiving also collects all the necessary information for us to claim Gift Aid (if applicable).

Sponsorship forms

If you have raised sponsorship offline and your sponsors have been kind to agree to Gift Aid the donation on your sponsorship form, please attach the relevant forms to your remittance advice when sending it to arc.

Separate account

Please do not open a separate account in the name of the Arthritis Research Campaign, as this is illegal.
