This illustrated fold-out leaflet is aimed at people with arthritis who want to know more about how they can exercise safely.
It explains the importance of exercise, describes simple stretching, strengthening and fitness exercises (which will also be useful for those without arthritis), and gives specific exercise tips for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis and back pain.
